The ADIA Advisory Committee meets four times a year, generally in Sydney or Melbourne, and via Zoom.

ADIA COMMITTEES 2025-26	CHAIR	FOCUS
ADIA Board	Josephine Foti	The key decision-making body for the Association and responsible for ensuring ADIA upholds its aims, objectives, and values. The Board members’ focus is to reinforce ADIA’s level of engagement, transparency, and accountability with members.
ADIA Advisory Committee	Josephine Foti	This committee meets quarterly and is open to all ADIA members to review and discuss matters of industry/ADIA member interest. All committee members must serve on a sub-committee.

ADIA SUB-COMMITTEES
Leaders Forum (LF)	Katie Balogh	Develops the annual Leaders Forum program and overall member events program.
Privacy Compliance (legally required under the Code)	Prof. Peter Leonard	Offers an expert member advisory service – monitors privacy law and regulation, member compliance/ complaints and develops privacy materials for members.
Workplace Relations/ Industrial Relations	Sarah Campbell	Manages ADIA’s IR negotiation with Andrew Maher, CIE Legal. They oversee working with the UWU and general workplace member services and industry matters. Andrew Maher offers members a free, unlimited workplace and privacy hotline.
Regulatory	Sarah Campbell	Monitors the regulatory environment and submits to the government or regulators on key issues that may have commercial implications for companies or affect the industry more broadly.
Quality Assurance & Training	Brian Fine	Works with members and the market and social research industry to help ensure the very best quality assurance and to uphold the standard for excellence in market research within Australia. Also responsible for introducing commercially focused training for businesses and leaders via ADIA Academy.
Industry Statistics & Benchmarking	George Zdanowicz	Manages ADIA’s Industry statistics for ESOMAR, the Revenue Statistics program and the annual Salary Survey.
Research Got Talent (RGT)	Sally Joubert	Annual award program that encourages young researchers to participate in practical market research projects. In conjunction with ESOMAR.
