The ADIA Advisory Committee meets four times a year, generally in Sydney or Melbourne, and via zoom.

ADIA COMMITTEES 2022-23CHAIRFOCUS
ADIA BoardGeorge ZdanowiczThe key decision-making body for the Association and responsible for ensuring ADIA upholds its aims, objectives, and values. The Board member focus is to reinforce ADIA’s level of engagement, transparency, and accountability with members.
ADIA Advisory Committee George ZdanowiczThis committee meets quarterly and is open to all ADIA members to review and discuss matters of industry/ADIA member interest. All committee members are required to sit on a sub-committee.
ADIA SUB-COMMITTEES  
Leaders Forum (LF)Katie FerroDevelops the annual Leaders Forum program and overall member events program.
Privacy Compliance (legally required under the Code)Prof. Peter LeonardOffers an expert member advisory service – monitors privacy law and regulation, member compliance/ complaints and develops privacy materials for members.
Workplace Relations/ Industrial RelationsSarah Campbell Manages ADIA’s negotiation with the NUW and oversees workplace member services and industry matters (with Andrew Maher, CIE Legal).

Monitors the regulatory environment and makes submissions to government or regulators on key issues that may have commercial implications for companies or affect the industry more broadly.
Quality Assurance & TrainingBrian FineWorks with members and the market and social research industry to help ensure the very best quality assurance and to uphold the standard for excellence in market research within Australia. Also responsible for the introduction of commercially focused training for businesses and leaders via ADIA Academy.
Industry Statistics & BenchmarkingGeorge ZdanowiczManages ADIA’s Industry statistics for ESOMAR, the Revenue Statistics program and the annual Salary Survey.
Member Outreach & GrowthSarah WrigleyManages member services – is designed to keep pace with the rapid changes in our market and create a broader more inclusive ADIA. Extends the range of benefits delivered to members via strategic partnerships and develops new services to meet the needs of, and attract new members, including res-tech.
Research Got Talent (RGT)Sally JoubertAnnual award program that encourages participation of young researchers in practical market research projects. In conjunction with ESOMAR.
