AMSRO Trust Mark
When you need market and social research, you need to choose a company that protects your reputation and minimises risk. Data security is a serious business. In fact, data breaches and violations of personal information gathered by your organisation (or on your behalf) can result in the loss of millions of dollars and significant damage to your reputation. With information security threats and changes to privacy legislation is this a risk you can afford to take?
Choosing an ADIA Trust Mark research organisation ensures that the information gathered is accurate, ethical and meets privacy regulations. The Trust Mark is an assurance for any business and government decision-maker that they are buying research that is quality-tested and meets not only ethical standards but also goes over and above minimal privacy legislation.
Members awarded the Trust Mark must adhere to the following industry criteria:
  • be a registered ADIA member working under Australia’s first and only registered APP Industry Privacy Code
  • be independently audited (annually) for certification to the International Market and Social Research Standard ISO 20252
  • comply with the industry Code of Ethics*.
Footnote* Small business members for whom the ISO Standard is not appropriate, must be certified as a Qualified Practising Researcher (QPR) to gain the Trust Mark.
