QOR is an online fieldwork company established in 2010 and has extensive experience in managing and sampling online tracking and ad hoc surveys.

Clients include both public and private sector organisations, management consultants, academics and many leading social & marketing research consultants. QOR conducts Consumer and SME online social research, market research and online research using member or customer records.

QOR’s resources are in-house and located in Pymble NSW. QOR’s survey software is locally designed, developed, server hosted and supported in Sydney NSW, specifically for the Australian market. The reliability of local hosting provides further surety for data security and project control.

QOR’s Memberships and Accreditations include:

• ISO 20252 independently audited and accredited (ISO standard for in market, opinion and Social research)

Brian Fine, Chairman, QOR

Brian has extensive business and industry experience in market research, with a specific emphasis on online research techniques and advertising research. Brian has championed online panel and data-collection best practice globally (ESOMAR) and domestically (AMSRO), and maintains an ongoing role in the development of online fieldwork and survey data-collection processes.

Brian founded the AMR Research Group (now part of STW Group of companies) 25 years ago, which comprises of the online data-collection company (The ORU) and the research & insights consultancy (AMR). He is currently a fellow of the Australian Market and Social Research Society and QPMR accredited, an Honorary Life Fellow of the International Marketing Institute of Australia, a full member of ESOMAR, and for the past 7 years the Australian representative of ESOMAR; former president of the Council of Marketing Services Associations and Research Associations; former national chairman of the Market Research Society of Australia for four year, Past President of AMSRO and currently on its committee responsible for Quality Standards.

Brian has also been an Adjunct Professor in the Business School for the past 7 years and has served, for over a decade, on the advisory panel for bachelor of business degrees at the University of Technology of Sydney.

Steven Davies, General Manager QOR

Steven has extensive management and project experience in the marketing and social research industry.
He has a significant level of knowledge and expertise in online research, and has worked on all types of research for all industry sectors covering Consumer, Business and Social research. He has worked directly and closely with blue chip corporates, public sector clients, management consultants, academics and many leading social & marketing research consultants in the Australian market. Steven is a current AMSRS member and is on the AMSRO Quality Committee.
