As the research, data and insights industry body dedicated to employers and business, ADIA is committed to providing members with specific, exclusive benchmarking information. 

The annual ADIA Salary Survey is your opportunity to analyse your staff against the market, and now provides up to twelve years of comparative data. The deadline has been extended to COB Friday 11 September.

ADIA can only provide these member services with your support and encourage members to participate in the survey to ensure the validity of the results.

To gain greater industry benchmarking results, the Salary Survey is again open to all industry agencies. For non-members who are interested in participating, please see below to register your company’s participation. Participating ADIA member companies will receive the FREE report summary and access to the Forsta interactive dashboard.

NON-ADIA Members can now participate

The dashboard is designed to be a resource for benchmarking staff remuneration across the whole organisation, as well as a negotiation tool for any wage review, enabling you to be fully informed of sector trends and insights.

The results are an invaluable tool for:

Complete confidentiality and anonymity of the survey data is assured. All data will be aggregated and used ONLY for the purpose of producing the final report. Confidentiality will be maintained at all times and NO information will be published which identifies ANY individual or their responses.
