Ray will share a global review of the State of Insights and Market Research in 2025, drawing on ESOMAR’s research and other sources.

Technology Briefing – Garreth Chandler, The Evolved Group & The Research Society Professional Standards Committee
Garreth will outline the state of play with technology in the research industry, updating on recent changes, pinpointing key trends and discussing what it means for our industry, particularly focused on consulting and people enabled insights.

Privacy Briefing – Andrew Maher, Founding Partner, CIE Legal, ADIA Legal Counsel
On 29 November 2024, the Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2024 (Bill) passed both Houses of Parliament, ushering in the first tranche of updates to Australia’s privacy laws in the digital age.  Andrew Maher will unpack what’s in store for organisations and practitioners.
