Taking the reins from John Gyarfas – the father of Sydney cafe society – hospitality duo, John Duncan and Anthony Prior, have worked together for over 20 years and have been instrumental in the success of venues such as Manly Wine, The Winery Surry Hills, and more recently Angelo’s Cabarita.

A seafood and rosé-centric restaurant + bar, where flavours are inspired by the cuisine and experiences of Japan & South East Asia with quality ingredients being presented by head chef Joel Robinson (formerly of Barrenjoey House and Manly Wine) with a focus on fresh quality ingredients and dishes bursting with flavor.
