Lucy Davison

Founder and Managing Director, Keen as Mustard Marketing

Lucy Davison is a strategy and communication expert with over 30 years’ experience in B2B marketing. She founded Keen as Mustard Marketing in 2006 as a specialist agency to provide marketing communications support to clients in data, research and insight. Lucy started out in insights in 2000 as global marketing director of Research International, working in over 55 countries.


Andrew Maher

Founding Partner, CIE Legal

Andrew Maher is a founding Partner of CIE Legal and long-term legal advisor to industry /ADIA (and before that AMSRO). Andrew advises both domestic and global clients on all aspects of Australian workplace relations and advises members on a range of human resources law and privacy law issues.

Andrew was involved in the drafting, and ratification by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, of the Privacy (Market and Social Research) Code 2014 and 2021, the first (and currently the only) enforceable code registered under the post-reform Commonwealth Privacy Act has been pivotal in the recent UWU – ADIA Enterprise Agreement negotiations.

Andrew has also developed online Equal Opportunity, Harassment and Bullying training (and makes a cameo appearance) and a suite of HR law and privacy instructional videos which make workplace learning readily accessible, simple, and (almost!) fun.


Thea O’Connor

Wellbeing and Productivity Advisor, Speaker, Coach

Thea is a health and wellbeing expert who has pioneered ground-breaking approaches to health in clinical, public health and workplace settings. Throughout her career, Thea has been at the forefront of changing personal and cultural mindsets for the sake of our wellbeing. She helped change public health messages about weight management to prevent stigmatisation of larger people, well before diversity and inclusion was ‘a thing’.

As a Naptivist she works to make the power nap the new coffee break to protect our personal sustainability. Thea broke new ground by bringing awareness about menopause to Australian workplaces (well before they were ready) so that women don’t have to suffer in silence or press pause on their careers.

Thea is also a TEDx speaker, qualified health professional (dietitian), science graduate and winner of Adelaide University’s Prize in Genetics. You can rest assured, therefore, that all her work is evidence-based.


Kammeron Cran

Founder and MD, The Team Space

Kamm Cran is an executive, organisational and team coach, trainer and facilitator, and managing director of The Team Space, a boutique leadership and team development consultancy she founded at the start of 2020.

With a corporate background as an executive leader of large teams and involvement in organisational redesigns and transformation programs, Kammeron’s coaching, leadership development and facilitation work is underpinned by strong commercial acumen. Having held roles covering many branches of marketing and business development over almost 25 years in the media sector, Kammeron has a wide range of leadership, strategic and hands-on experience building teams, channels and leveraging opportunities, and understands the realities of managing a P&L.

Known for her humanistic style and ability to disarm and build rapport quickly, Kammeron’s trademark has been her capacity to enable leaders and teams to make important shifts in the way they work, directly impacting performance, engagement, and wellbeing outcomes. Those that Kammeron works with develop the mindset to lean into problem solving rather than be derailed by complexity, building exceptional team, client and stakeholder relationships along the way.

Kammeron has successfully completed several leadership programs through the AGSM and Melbourne Business School as well as News Corp’s Leadership Development Program and other high-performance programs. Once both Kammeron’s children were in school, she embarked on her Coaching education through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership in 2015 and holds certifications in Executive, Organisational, Narrative and Team Coaching. In 2018, Kammeron completed The Marketing Academy, a global personal leadership program for marketers wanting to change the world and is now part of the Coaching Faculty at The Marketing Academy Australia.
