ADIA invites members to join us on Thursday 3 November at 1:00pm AEDT (via zoom) as publicist, strategist and talent manager Karen Eck presents an introduction to The Power of Visibility (POV) and shows members how to develop a ‘culture of visibility’ in their organisation.

The Power of Visibility is a bespoke program that helps organisations build personal brand confidence for their employees, which in turn helps build awareness of an organisation’s purpose and value.

Visibility is everyone’s business.

Encouraging every team member to be empowered to play their part, and creating a positive and nurturing Culture of Visibility will impact personal work effectiveness, satisfaction and ultimately the business bottom line.

In this 30-minute introductory webinar, members will:

  • learn a new concept of visibility;
  • discover three common mistakes professionals make in career promotion
    and strategies to avoid them;
  • take a deep dive into branding essentials to get you started or improve your profile; and
  • develop practical ways to support a vibrant culture of visibility at work.

ADIA members will receive a 20% discount when they sign up for the full POV program.

Karen Eck specialises in putting exceptional brands and individuals in the spotlight. She has worked with some of the biggest names and brands on the planet, including Oprah Winfrey, National Geographic, Discovery Channel, Sony Pictures Television International, CNN, Garmin and Uber.

Karen founded eckfactor in 1999, which continues to evolve as a communications agency, providing an effective and creative approach to client solutions.

In early 2020, Karen launched The Power of Visibility, a bespoke program that helps individuals and organisations develop a ‘culture of visibility’, where every team member is empowered to play their part. She has delivered her program successfully to more than 500 professionals across a range of industries and experience.

The Power of Visibility is run in partnership with organisations, from associations adding value to their members; to corporates offering company-wide learning and development. In addition to workshop facilitation, Karen Eck is available for keynote presentations.

The full program comprises four components, available to teams and organisations:
