Advocacy

Advocating for ADIA members while promoting the value of data, insights and research to government and regulatory bodies is a priority for ADIA.

We address legislative and regulatory issues that affect the industry by making our position known on policies, reviews and other government initiatives.

Government and industry relations

ADIA is actively engaged and lobbying on the issues that matter:

  • Employment: Skilled Migration Occupation (TSS/457 Visa issues)
  • Privacy: Data management and protection
  • Access: Integrated public number database (IPND), the Do Not Call Register and
    the SPAM blocking issue
  • Award: Negotiations of the NUW-ADIA Industry Agreement.
  • Polling Inquiry – re-establishing trust in the polls and the broader industry
