ISO Certification

ISO Certifications provide independent assessment and certification to Australian and International Standards.

ISO 20252:2019

ISO 20252:2019 Market, Opinion and Social Research Standard (under review) provides certification to the industry standards inclusive of Annexes A to F market research methodologies. ADIA has templates available to support your implementation and audit.

Independent assessment and certification to ISO 20252:2019 is available from the following three industry-approved and trained certification bodies (and their auditors): 

ADIA companies wishing to be certified should contact these certification bodies.

  • ADIA members receive access to ISO 20252 exclusive member resources that can save their business in excess of $5,000. 
  • Certification fees are subsidised and consistent across ADIA suppliers and are based on whether the audit is a recertification or surveillance audit. 
  • The number of office locations and annexes is also considered. The fees include a small annual levy collected by the assessment bodies and passed on to ADIA for quality consultancy and administrative purposes.

ISO 27001:2022

ISO 27001:2022 Information Security, Cyber Security and Privacy Protection Standard provides internationally recognised certification to global information security standards.  ADIA provides support, tools and templates, guidance, training and awareness for this comprehensive standard.

ADIA has partnered with Global Compliance Certification Pty Ltd (GCC), a leading independent certification body for Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems to offer members an exclusive 5% discount on the certification cost for ISO27001 Accreditation.
