ADIA Quality Committee

The Quality Committee looks after the interests of the market and social research industry in Australia. It is funded by ADIA.

It is committed:
‘to work with the market and social research industry to help ensure the very best quality assurance and to uphold the standard for excellence in market and social research within Australia’.

The Quality Committee Members represent a variety of interests in the industry.

It meets twice a year to examine quality matters relating to ISO, Information and Data Security, provides regular updates and training to members and the ADIA Board on quality matters.

Norine operates Cruse Partnership Australia, a consultancy in compliance management systems including market research, data analytics and insights fields and (cloud) software developers. 

Over the past 20+ years, Norine has worked with various organisations and professional bodies to develop industry and international standards, including those for the market research industry. 

Norine represented AMSRO on the Global TC 225 Committee responsible for developing the current ISO 20252:2019 Standard that establishes the terms, definitions and service requirements for service providers conducting market, opinion, and social research, including insights.

Norine is certified to the ISO 27000 Standard which specialises in Information Security Management and co-developed AMSRO’s Information and Data Security Compliance System (phase one of the ISO 27000 standard for the market research, data, and insights industry).
