Norine operates Cruse Partnership Australia (and formerly Lucidity), a consultancy in compliance management systems including market research, data analytics and insights fields and (cloud) software developers. 

Over the past 20+ years, Norine has worked with various organisations and professional bodies to develop industry and international standards, including those for the market research industry. 

Norine represented ADIA (formerly AMSRO) on the Global TC 225 Committee responsible for developing the new ISO 20252:2019 Standard that establishes the terms, definitions and service requirements for service providers conducting market, opinion, and social research, including insights.

Norine is certified to the ISO 27000 Standard which specialises in Information Security Management and co-developed AMSRO’s Information and Data Security Compliance System (phase one of the ISO 27000 standard for the market research, data, and insights industry).
