Leverage insight and expertise

As a member of ADIA, you are entitled to:

• Coverage, protection and privacy advice working under the Privacy (Market and Social Research) Code 2021 (M&SRPC).
• Workplace relations advice and support, including unlimited access to ADIA legal telephone hotline advisory service on workplace relations, human resources , privacy matters EEO training modules and HR resources with Andrew Maher, CIE Legal.
• Advocacy, government representation and updates on regulatory and other industry issues.
• Support across quality assurance matters, including certification to ISO Standards – ISO 20252 and the Information Security Standard ISO 27000 series from ADIA Quality Consultant Norine Cruse
• ADIA members who attain ISO 20252 certification are eligible to work under the Industry Trust Mark
• Access to the AMSRO Industrial Agreement with the United Workers Union (UWU). Note, agreement name will be revised pending negotiations with the UWU.
• Data Security Compliance System – exclusive access to ADIA’s Information and Data Security Compliance System (and ISO 27001)
• Our support and advice on business issues with an on-call CEO and an informal and confidential peer to peer mentoring service for advice on business challenges and opportunities from leaders of research companies with relevant experience.
• Networking and connection with like-minded leaders including an invitation to the annual Leaders Forum conference – May 2026 in Sydney.
• Benchmarking services – Eligibility to subscribe to ADIA’s Revenue Statistics program and free Salary Survey.
